I was going to definitely advocate you dating Who boy, but you say you're not as infatuated as you sound, so nevermind (although he does seem [at this point] a worthwhile endeavor he he he). Anyway, yes, I never did see the point of Hannah Gruen in the novels either. I mean, Carson is a successful lawyer, and his only daughter Nancy is 18 years old, clearly old enough not to need a nanny or what have you. I mean, there's only the two of them, it can't be that difficult for them to run the household. Maybe Hannah started working for them way back in the day after Nancy's mother died, and she's become such a part of the family that they can't bear to be rid of her. Maybe Carson should just get his act together and marry the poor woman.

Hmm. I've had your journal link since nanwrimo and I read it every so often but it took me this long to figure out how to leave you a message since the link that says leave you a message is for members only. There were some entries a while back where I really needed to say something, but now I can't remember what it was. grrr. Anyway, just wanted to say that I approve of your drawings. I especially like the one of George, but then, he's my favorite beatle. *sigh*. You should draw a picture of David Bowie. And then give it to me :) I would love you forever!

Mah! I'm procrastinating, and as such took a tour through your "Out Of Context" page and was delightfully surprised to find a quote by me on there! Thanks so much! Too many exlamation marks?!

Well that was entirely too amusing. And I was thinking the entire time, "isn't the point of a pseudonym so that you *won't* be recognized when you stay at a hotel?" Evidently Bono doesn't mind being harassed by crazed Monkee fans at hotels (then again, I doubt fans would go to U2's hotel and ask for the Monkees).

Hooah, I'm so jealous. I really need money--there are so many DVDs out that I want, and I'll bet that the special features on Tommy are just spectacular.

Actually, I would be quite interested to hear these connections between U2 and the Monkees.

Would that be the Terry Pratchett Guards! Guards! ? Very good book. I adore Discworld.

Apparently there is a method to the madness that is Canadian postal codes. In my frantic search to find a geographic location that matched the postmark, I stumbled upon a website dedicated to explaining each element of the code (not that I bothered to read it). Eh, whatever.
